How it works
Once you have signed a listing agreement with our Managing Broker, we will discuss which services will increase your home's value and create a budget.
When we have come to an agreement, we will start coordinating with local professionals to complete the work. Your home will go on the market as soon as all work is complete.
Services will be paid for when on of the following happens:
- Your home sells
- You terminate your listing agreement with Homes by Janell
- 12 months pass from the contract start date
